Prices are in USD. Applicable tax is calculated separately during Stripe Checkout. There are no automatic overage charges.

Fair usage rules

Only completed work uses your allowance.

A copy counts when you approve its preview; licensed quantity does not multiply usage.
An investigation counts only when processing completes.
Failed jobs, abandoned drafts, rerenders, and downloads do not consume usage.
Scoremark warns at 80%, includes a 10% courtesy buffer, then pauses new work.

Pricing questions

Can I cancel?: Yes. Cancellation takes effect at renewal, and your existing records remain available under the access rules in the Scoremark Terms.
How do upgrades work?: Supported upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated Stripe invoice. Downgrades and annual-to-monthly changes begin at renewal.
Does Creator become a Team?: No. Your Personal workspace stays separate. Team and Publisher use their own workspace, members, records, and subscription.
What happens after a failed payment?: You receive seven days of full access while Stripe retries payment. Team data and exports remain readable after that window.
