Scoremark Privacy Notice

1. Scope

This notice covers the Scoremark by Bovo web application and its score-personalization, attribution, investigation, workspace, and download features. It does not change how Bovo handles information collected through other Bovo products or websites.

2. Information Scoremark processes

• Account and authentication information: name, email address, account identifiers, sign-in and session information, authentication-security records, and information provided by WorkOS for public accounts and Team membership.
• Workspace information: workspace names, memberships, roles, invitations, and administrative actions.
• Billing information: selected plan, subscription and invoice status, billing interval, usage allowance, Stripe customer and subscription references, billing contact and address, tax identifiers, and discount eligibility. Bovo does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
• Attribution and sales information: buyer names, purchase dates, licensed quantities, order and forensic identifiers, mark settings, document hashes, and finalized-sale records.
• Scoremark Uploaded Files: source PDFs, generated and preview files, and PDF or image evidence submitted for investigation.
• Feedback and communications: messages and sender information you choose to send to hello@bovo.ai through your email application.
• Operational and security information: original filenames, job status, investigation findings, audit events, quota events, errors, IP-derived security controls, and ordinary service and infrastructure logs.

3. How Scoremark uses information

Bovo uses Scoremark information to authenticate users, provide and administer workspaces, process personalization and investigation requests, generate previews and downloads, preserve attribution records, understand product usage, improve Scoremark, enforce quotas and permissions, secure and troubleshoot the service, and comply with law.

Scoremark Uploaded Files and their contents are not used to train or fine-tune artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Scoremark does not send uploaded scores or evidence files to WorkOS.

4. File handling and retention

Personalization source files, generated files, and previews expire one hour after submission and are then automatically deleted. Investigation evidence is deleted when processing finishes; if processing cannot complete, it expires after one hour and is then automatically deleted.

Attribution, account, workspace, investigation, job, quota, and audit records are stored separately from uploaded file content and may remain until the applicable record is deleted or Bovo removes it under its operational or legal retention practices. Document hashes may remain in these records, but a cryptographic hash does not contain a copy of the score.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Scoremark uses Microsoft Azure to host the application, databases, private file storage, queues, secrets, and operational monitoring. Scoremark uses WorkOS for public authentication, organization policy, Team membership, and invitations. Stripe processes hosted checkout, payment methods, subscriptions, invoices, discounts, billing addresses, tax identifiers, and applicable tax calculations. Scoremark stores Stripe object references and derived subscription status, while payment credentials remain with Stripe.

Scoremark uses Amplitude for product analytics. Amplitude receives pseudonymous account, workspace, and workflow identifiers and a limited vocabulary of product interactions and coarse operational measurements.

Scoremark does not send Amplitude names, email addresses, buyer details, filenames, order or forensic identifiers, document hashes, search terms, URLs or query strings, uploaded files, file contents, or raw error messages. Location, IP address, browser language, platform, diagnostics, automatic interaction capture, and persistent analytics identity storage are disabled in the Scoremark browser integration.

Bovo may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your direction or consent. Bovo does not sell Scoremark Uploaded Files or disclose their contents for targeted advertising.

6. Cookies and security

Scoremark uses essential session and security cookies for sign-in, workspace selection, request protection, and related service functions. Product analytics does not set an analytics cookie or store an analytics identity in your browser. Scoremark does not include advertising trackers or use product analytics for targeted advertising. Bovo applies access controls and technical safeguards intended to protect Scoremark information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Scoremark lets authorized users search and export finalized-sale records and delete certain buyer records. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email hello@bovo.ai. Bovo may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant workspace.

8. Children, changes, and contact

Scoremark is not directed to children under 13. Bovo may update this notice as Scoremark changes and will update the date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
